Zelensky: occupied Mariupol can’t be liberated by military means.

The Ukrainian army lacks heavy weapons to make it possible, President Volodymyr Zelensky said during a joint press conference with Canada's Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. Once the country gets enough weapons, it will be able to regain control over temporarily occupied regions, he added.
