Wagner Group establish headquarters in Rostov-on-Don. According to the General Staff of the Ukrainian army, Russian private military company Wagner Group has set up a base in the southern Russian city of Rostov-on-Don, from which they are recruiting mercenaries to fight in the war against Ukraine.
