People in Russian-occupied Mariupol experience severe water shortages.

According to Petro Andriushchenko, an advisor to the Mariupol mayor, people have to sign up to collect water, with wait times at about two days. Andriushchenko said in order to receive food, Mariupol residents are forced to patrol the city and work with the Russian forces.
