Ombudsman: Russian shells rain down on Ukrainian cities on eve of Orthodox Easter.

"On the eve of one of the biggest Orthodox holidays, the Russian army continued to actively shell peaceful cities in Ukraine and kill civilians," Ombudsman Lyudmyla Denisova said. Russian strikes killed eight people in Luhansk Oblast, four people in Donetsk Oblast, three people in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, and two in Kharkiv Oblast.
