Russia increases cruise missile carriers in Black Sea before Ukraine’s Independence Day

Ukraine's Operational Command "South" reported that Russia could be preparing to launch missiles at Ukrainian cities on Aug. 24, Independence Day in Ukraine. Natalia Humeniuk, a command spokesperson, said that Russia has five cruise missile carriers in the Black Sea, including a submarine.
