Mayor: Death toll of Russian attack on Kramatorsk increases

Kramatorsk Mayor Oleksandr Honcharenko reported that the Russian missile attack earlier on Aug. 12 has now killed three people. Earlier reports indicate that 13 people were injured and at least 20 residential buildings were damaged in the attack.
