Johnson vows to do everything in his power 'to starve Putin’s war machine.'

In a statement addressing Russia's "despicable attacks against innocent civilians" in Irpin and Bucha, towns northwest of Kyiv, U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson said that Britain will step up sanctions against Russia, and bolster military and humanitarian support for Ukraine.
