Institute for the Study of War: Russian forces may concentrate offensive in direction of Bakhmut, Donetsk

The so-called Peace Act would establish a fund at the U.S. Treasury through which NATO allies could contribute money, enabling the Pentagon to replenish weapons sent to Kyiv, the Wall Street Journal reported.

The overnight attack comes shortly after U.S. President Donald Trump threatened to impose new tariffs on Russia within 10 days unless the Kremlin agrees to halt its full-scale war against Ukraine.

Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers has once again failed to appoint anti-corruption investigator Oleksandr Tsyvinsky as director of the Bureau of Economic Security, lawmaker Yaroslav Zhelezniak said.
