Rafael Mariano Grossi, head of the International Atomic Energy Agency, said that "seven indispensable pillars of nuclear safety and security are being violated" at the Zaporizhzhia plant. "While this war rages on, inaction is unconscionable," he said, urging resuming inspections of the plant.
