General Staff: Russia has lost about 38,000 troops in Ukraine since Feb. 24

Ukraine’s General Staff reported on July 14 that Russia had also lost 1,672 tanks, 3,866 armored fighting vehicles, 842 artillery systems, 247 multiple launch rocket systems, 109 air defense systems, 188 helicopters, 220 airplanes, 681 drones, and 15 boats.
