Reuters: Pentagon official says Putin still hopes to capture all of Ukraine.

Speaking at an event hosted by the Center for New American Security, Pentagon official Colin Kahl said that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin still aims to capture all of Ukraine, but he believes it is unlikely to happen. Despite some tactical successes, Russia is unlikely to achieve its "grandiose objectives," the official said.
