UN: 4,890 civilian casualties in Ukraine due to Russia’s war.

The UN’s human rights agency said in an update on April 18 that 2,072 civilians have been killed and 2,818 injured since February 24. Most casualties were reportedly caused by “explosive weapons with a wide impact area,” such as heavy artillery shelling and airstrikes.
