Over the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian military destroyed about 20 units of Russian armor and military vehicles, nine artillery systems, and shot down two planes and two drones. According to the Ukrainian military estimates, Russians have lost more than 200 soldiers since yesterday.
The vote passed by 305 deputies, with 40 abstaining, and none voting against.
