A fire broke out at an oil refinery over 6,000 kilometers (4,000 miles) from Ukraine in Russia's Far East, as a Voronezh Oblast logistics hub belonging to major Russian online retailer Wildberries was targeted overnight on Aug. 11, monitoring channels reported.
Omani authorities said they have launched a "comprehensive response" to secure the Caroline Bezengi vessel and mitigate the impact on the marine ecosystem and maritime navigation.
The figure includes 1,190 casualties Russian forces suffered over the past day, according to the General Staff.
