Zelensky expects final stage of war will be ‘bloodiest.'

During a speech to Ukrainian university students on May 19, President Volodymyr Zelensky said he cannot yet call on Ukrainians to return home from abroad due to fears the final stage of the war will be "the most difficult, the bloodiest."
