Serhiy Orlov, a deputy mayor of Mariupol, said in a March 16 interview with Forbes Ukraine that more than 2,300 people had been killed in Mariupol by Russian troops.

Hungary blocked 12 Ukrainian media outlets in response to Kyiv's earlier ban on several foreign, including Hungarian, publications over Russian narratives, Hungarian Cabinet Minister Gergely Gulyas said on Sept. 29.
