Rescue operations end in Kharkiv with 1 killed, 46 injured after Russian missile attack on police station.

Two S-400 missiles hit a police station on Nov. 1, killing police officer Andrii Matvienko. Thirty-six police officers, nine civilians, and one rescuer were injured in the attack, according to the Interior Ministry.
