Russian missile hits Chernihiv Oblast, deaths, injuries reported.

Chernihiv Oblast Governor Viacheslav Chaus said that the Russians launched a missile attack on the village of Desna in Chernihiv Oblast early in the morning, and rescuers and law enforcement agencies are currently working at the site. While the Russian troops have withdrawn from northern Ukraine back in April, Chaus reminded that "the war has not left the region."
