As of around 7 a.m. local time on July 7, 10 people are known to have been killed and 42 injured as a result of Russia’s July 6 missile strike on Lviv, according to the city's mayor.
"Russia’s attack on the western Ukrainian city of Lviv is yet another example of the Kremlin’s brutality—and why support for Ukraine’s defense against the Kremlin’s aggression is vital. U.S. commitment to Ukraine is unwavering," U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken wrote on Twitter.
