Ukraine seizes 23 trucks belonging to Russian, Belarusian companies.

The local government said the trucks were nationalised in Volyn Oblast. Five of them were allocated to the State Border Guard, five to Ukraine's military, and the rest will be used to transport humanitarian aid to Ukraine.
