The Ukrainian Operational Command South reported early on April 25 that the Ukrainian military prevented Russian sabotage and reconnaissance groups’ advance towards southern Mykolaiv Oblast, causing heavy losses of the personnel. The Kyiv Independent could not immediately verify this claim.
