Three Russians excluded from EU sanctions list.

Saodat Narzieva, a sister of the oligarch Alisher Usmanov; Russian politician Vladimir Zhirinovsky, who died in April, and Olga Ayziman, the ex-wife of Russian oligarch Mikhail Fridman, have been removed from the list. On Sept. 14, the EU extended restrictive measures against the country for another six months, until March 15. The sanctions apply to 1,206 individuals and 108 legal entities.
