Russia hits Zaporizhzhia Oblast, injures 8 and causes blackouts

Such a move would break energy market rules, one expert told the Kyiv Independent.

The number includes 1,010 casualties that Russian forces suffered over the past day, while Ukrainian forces also downed a helicopter.
