Governor: Russian attacks on Kherson Oblast kill 1 person, injure 5 over past day

"Our naval strategic nuclear forces maintain a state of full combat readiness," Russian Presidential aide Nikolai Patrushev said in an interview with the state outlet RIA Novosti.
