US Ambassador: Mariupol Mayor reports 4 Russian “filtration camps” in and around city

U.S. Ambassador to the OSCE Michael Carpenter told a CNN reporter at a State Department news briefing that the "filtration camps" are reportedly used for processing Ukrainian civilians before they are sent to Russia. Carpenter said the forced deportation of Ukrainians “would be in violation of international humanitarian law, and a war crime.”
