"The chatbot will be completely reorganized in the near future," the Yellow Ribbon wrote.

"The aim of the meeting is to improve the situation of Hungarians in Zakarpattia Oblast and to support their ability to remain in their homeland," Peter Magyar said.

"It is evident that the Russian side will cynically use this political and legal episode to justify the occupation of Crimea and the exploitation of Ukraine’s temporarily occupied territory by Russian citizens," Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Heorhii Tykhyi told media.

"We condemn all actions that help fund Russia's illegal war effort and circumvent EU sanctions, and remain ready to target such actions by listing individuals and entities in third countries if necessary," a European Commission spokesperson said, according to Euronews.

As part of the exchange, Poland released Russian archaeologist Alexander Butyagin, who had been detained over illegal excavations in Russian-occupied Crimea.

Damage in two districts of the capital was caused by drone debris shot down by Ukrainian air defenses, Mayor Vitali Klitschko said.

Tuapse has faced intensified strikes in recent days, including strikes on an oil refinery on April 20 and April 16, leaving multi-day fires burning in the Russian town.

President Volodymyr Zelensky has publicly condemned Israel, which he accused of buying grain stolen by Moscow from Russian-occupied parts of Ukraine.

Russian forces launched 123 drones against Ukraine overnight, of which about 80 were Shahed-type ones, the Air Force said on April 28. It reported downing 95 of them.

The Hungarian government under Viktor Orban had already filed a similar case, though it is unclear if the incoming pro-European government of Peter Magyar wishes to take it forward.

The number includes 1,180 casualties that Russian forces suffered over the past day.
