Russia's proxies capture evacuation convoy from Mariupol.

According to Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk, the militants have captured a humanitarian convoy near the town of Mangush on its way from Mariupol on the agreed-upon with Russians route. "It is reported that the vehicles will be seized, and people may or may not be allowed to leave," she said.
