The Prosecutor General’s Office reported that Russian forces attacked Bakhmut, Sloviansk, Toretsk, Siversk, Novomykhailivka, and Lastochkyne on July 22 and 23. Two men were killed and nine people were injured due to Russian shelling and landmines.
The victims included two women, aged 62 and 65, and three men, aged 65, 67, and 74. All were reportedly on the street at the time of the strike.
The delivery follows the signing of the PURL agreement between the U.S. and NATO on July 14.
