Zaporizhzhia Oblast Governor Oleksandr Starukh said that there are volunteers who drive vehicles carrying humanitarian aid into occupied territories of Kherson Oblast and evacuate the remaining residents to the Ukrainian-controlled city of Zaporizhzhia, Ukrinform reported.
