Internet connectivity in Ukraine falls as country implements rolling blackouts

Russian billionaire Alexey Mordashov’s superyacht passed through the Strait of Hormuz despite ongoing restrictions on maritime traffic in the strategic waterway, according to multiple ship-tracking platforms.
