President Volodymyr Zelensky asked Ukrainians to be careful on Independence Day, Aug. 24, due to a high risk of provocations and massive shelling by Russian troops. "Tomorrow is an important day for all of us. And that is why this day, unfortunately, is also important for our enemy," he said.
