Turkey offers Putin peace talks with Ukraine in Istanbul.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said his country was ready to host a meeting between Russian, Ukrainian and UN delegations. If both sides, Kyiv and Moscow, find common ground, Turkey may also take part in a possible observation mission in Ukraine. Erdogan's comments came after phone calls with President Volodymyr Zelensky and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
