Russian forces again attack Ukraine’s biggest oil refinery in Kremenchuk.

Poltava Oblast Governor Dmytro Lunin said that Russians launched four missiles at the refinery on May 12. Explosions were reported in Poltava Oblast on the same day. The official said that the details of the attacks will be revealed later.
