Iryna Venediktova said on March 28 that Ukraine had evidence Russia had used cluster munitions in those two regions. The use of cluster bombs targeting civilians may constitute a war crime, according to Amnesty International.
"Today, as tyranny once again threatens Europe, we and our allies stand together in support of Ukraine, to deter aggression and secure peace," King Charles III said.
