Kharkiv Oblast Governor Oleh Synegubov said Russia continues to shell settlements in the Kharkiv region. Synegubov also said Russian forces made another attempt to advance from Izyum in the directions of Brazhkivka, Dovhenky and Velyka Komyshuvakha.
