Russian shelling damaged or destroyed 202 schools, 34 hospitals, more than 1,500 residential buildings

At least nine people have been killed and more than 30 others injured in the ballistic missile attack, including four children, authorities reported.

"We will definitely respond to this attempted strike against Ukraine and the Ukrainian commander," President Volodymyr Zelensky said.
