Kyrylo Tymoshenko, deputy chief of staff for President Volodymyr Zelensky, said Melitopol Mayor Ivan Fedorov was abducted by Russian forces, according to preliminary information. Melitopol is a city in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, southeastern Ukraine.
