Media: Italy seizes property worth $150 million from Russian oligarchs.

Loud explosions rang out in Kyiv around 2 p.m. on Oct. 10, according to Kyiv Independent journalists in the city, as Russia launched a series of missiles at the city following a morning drone attack on energy infrastructure.

In 2023, the ICC issued arrest warrants for Putin and another Russian official, Maria Lvova-Belova, for "unlawful transfer of population (children) from occupied areas of Ukraine to the Russian Federation."

According to Mediazona, 18 of the Russian officers died immediately in the missile strike, while two succumbed to their injuries.
