In rare update on losses, Russia says 1,351 of its troops killed in Ukraine.

Russia's Defense Ministry also admitted that 3,825 soldiers were wounded. NATO estimated on March 23 that 7,000 to 15,000 Russian soldiers have been killed in four weeks of Russia's war in Ukraine, while Ukraine estimates it to be 16,100 troops.
