Governor: Russia's war killed at least 3 people, injured 7 in Donetsk Oblast on July 9.

According to Donetsk Oblast Governor Pavlo Kyrylenko, one person died in the town of Maryinka, and two people died in the villages of Kostyantynivka and Pereyizne. In the city of Avdiyivka, the Russian military shelled civilian infrastructure 10 times during the day, Kyrylenko added.
