German Chancellor Scholz won't visit Ukraine after German president reportedly told he was "not wanted" by Kyiv

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said in an interview with German public broadcaster ZDF that Kyiv's reported refusal of German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier's offer to go to Kyiv in April "stands in the way" of Scholz making a trip to the Ukrainian capital.
