German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said in an interview with German public broadcaster ZDF that Kyiv's reported refusal of German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier's offer to go to Kyiv in April "stands in the way" of Scholz making a trip to the Ukrainian capital.
