Financial Times reported citing its anonymous sources that Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich “sought approval” at the highest level to help set up peace talks between Ukraine and Russia in late February. David Arakhamia, member of Ukraine's delegation, confirmed FT that he met with Abramovich in Belarus.
