Taras Zhovtenko

Taras Zhovtenko is a defense analyst at the Ilko Kucheriv Democratic Initiatives Foundation, a Ukrainian think tank based in Kyiv, where he focuses on international security. Zhovtenko was previously an associate professor at the National University of Ostroh Academy and the Ukrainian Catholic University, where he taught courses on international security, hybrid warfare, and military policy. He is also a member of the Ukrainian Foreign Affairs Ministry's Public Advisory Board.
