Marek Kohv is Head of the Security & Resilience Program at the International Center for Defense and Security (ICDS), specializing in hybrid warfare, influence activities, intelligence and espionage, and resilience building. A 20-year security and national defense veteran, he has served in Estonia’s Defense Forces and Government Office, including in military intelligence and national security analysis roles.
