Vadym Skibitskyi, representative of the Defense Ministry’s Intelligence Directorate, told Krym Realii that Russia has already used about 60% of its stockpile of high-precision missiles. He added that Russia could not replenish its reserves quickly.
The bill also bars the use of funds for actions recognizing Russia's sovereignty over Ukrainian territory and mandates the provision of intelligence to Ukraine in support of its military operations.
The number includes 1,300 casualties that Russian forces suffered over the past day.

Ukrainian forces carried out at least 31 strikes against Russian refineries, oil export terminals, and pipeline infrastructure in May, the highest monthly total since the start of Russia's full-scale invasion.
The comments come as Ukraine has intensified its campaign against Russian logistics routes and military infrastructure connecting occupied Crimea to Russian-controlled territory.
