Russian attacks kill at least 3 people, injure 3 in Bakhmut, Donetsk Oblast

According to Donetsk Oblast Governor Pavlo Kyrylenko, Russian troops shelled the city four times on July 28. A total of 12 residential buildings were damaged as a result of the attacks. “Every day, Russians commit new war crimes in Donetsk Oblast,” Kyrylenko said.
