Luhansk Oblast Governor Serhiy Haidai reported on May 15 that Russia attacked the city of Sieverodonetsk 11 times from the artillery systems over the past 24 hours. Nine people were injured and are now being treated in a “ruined hospital.”
The twin-engine, two-seat aircraft – designed for both air superiority and ground attack – crashed for unknown reasons, the Ukrainian Navy said.
