Ukraine court returns Europe’s only titanium sponge plant to state.

On May 23, the Civil Court of Cassation upheld a lower court’s ruling on Zaporizhia Titanium and Magnesium Plant, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office reported. Fugitive oligarch Dmytro Firtash owned 49% of the shares, but de facto controlled the plant.
