Sullivan: China to face consequences if it helps Russia evade sanctions.

U.S. National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan, who is due to meet with China's top diplomat Yang Jiechi in Rome on March 14, said Washington is closely monitoring Beijing's moves to economically support Moscow and would "absolutely" impose consequences if needed.
