The explosions can mean that Russian missiles hit targets or were taken down by Ukrainian air defense. Local authorities call on citizens not to publish photos and videos of the explosions. Air alert went off in almost all Ukraine’s regions.
Zelensky tells Fox News' Bret Baier that Ukraine has demonstrated concrete steps toward peace over the past month and raised the possibility of a referendum on the peace plan.
